Discover animal friends and skills you didn’t know you had!

Horses are incredible, intelligent, and responsive creatures. Take care of them and they’ll take care of you… there’s a reason they’ve been human companions for centuries!
But spending time riding and caring for horses is more than just fun—it can help you mentally, emotionally, and physically.

A horse's soothing rhythm, strength, and warmth improve your circulation and muscle tone. Meanwhile, the discipline you get from caring for your mount benefits your mind and spirit, and helps nurture your ability to take on responsibility and feel confident in yourself.

Riding and caring for horses has been proven to:

  • Reduce anxiety and boost self-esteem
  • Teach patience and focus
  • Build relationships and improve communication
  • Provide physical activity in a way that is fun and engaging

With your support we can make more stories like these together.
